E-Staging - $150
This is a budget friendly, DIY solution to get you started with home staging. You will receive instructions on taking pictures and how to submit them for review. Suite Effects will assess your curb appeal, entryway, primary living area, and kitchen to create a customized Staging Report with recommendations, pictures, checklists for all rooms, and even some staging ideas to get your home ready to sell. Occupied Home Staging Assessment - $250 *
We will start at the curb and cover every square foot of your home, taking detailed notes and snapping photos along the way. Using our FEEL HOME philosophy, we'll assess what stays, what goes, and what we can do to make your home its most desirable to buyers. We'll leave you with notes, ideas, and checklists, and within 48 hours you will receive a summarized Action Plan and any additional recommendations. If you decide that you want hands-on staging, a $50 credit will be applied toward the purchase of that service. Hands-on staging must be booked within 5 business days of receipt of your Action Plan to receive the $50 credit. Please allow 2 hours for the consultation.
* This is for homes up to 3,500 square feet. Larger homes often require more time to assess. Additional hours may be purchased for $75/hr.
Home Staging - Half Day - $450 **
With all the preparations from the initial consultation completed, a Half Day of Home Staging (up to 4 hours, including reference photos) will get your home well on its way to being "market ready". We'll focus on your home's primary living areas, including entryway, living/family room, kitchen, dining room, and master suite. A half day is not always sufficient to totally complete the transformation, but you will be provided with some basic instructions to finish the look. We'll take "after" pictures of each room for reference so you can easily prepare your home for showings. It is always recommended that a professional photographer be used for your online Multiple Listing Service (MLS) photos and should be scheduled to coincide with the end of our staging session.
Home Staging - Full Day - $750 **
This is the same great solution as the Half Day, but we'll spend up to 7 hours, including reference photos, getting your home "market ready". If a day is insufficient to complete the process, you will be provided with some basic instructions to finish the look. We'll take "after" pictures of each room for reference so you can easily prepare your home for showings. It is always recommended that a professional photographer be used for your online Multiple Listing Service (MLS) photos and can be scheduled for after our staging session.
** An assessment is required prior to any hands-on staging service (an estimate of the number of hours will be provided with the assessment). Larger homes will typically require more time and additional hours may be purchased on or before staging day and will be scheduled at that time. Additional hours are $100/hr for a maximum of 7 total hours in a single day.
