Home Staging ...

because you never get a second chance to make a great first impression!

Selling a home, whether it is occupied or vacant, has changed dramatically over the last 5 years.  Did you know that according to the National Association of Realtors, over 93% of all potential home buyers begin their search on the Internet?  This fact in itself makes home staging a critical marketing tool to assure that your product ... your home ... looks as good online as it does in person.

Professional staging enhances the architecture of a home and downplays any negative aspects.  When a potential buyer looks at an empty room online, it's often hard to tell if the room is a dining room or a bedroom.  Don't leave anything to chance!  You want to assure that a buyer not only knows the purpose of the space, but can imagine their own furnishings there.

Did you know ...

Professional staging is a fairly new industry and nearly non-existent in many areas of the country, but people have been "fixing up" their homes to sell for decades.  Blame it on the millennials ... blame it on  HGTV, but buyers have an "expectation" of what a home for sale should look like and are willing to pay more for a home with that "model home" look.  Just look at the latest statistics

   But isn't Home Staging expensive?

My realtor says that I don't have to stage my home!

Can't I just stage my own house?

But my home has been "professionally decorated".

Can't buyers just look past my stuff or empty rooms?

Ok ... I'm convinced!  How do I get started?
